Candidate Sourcing:

  • Identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract talent and build a diverse candidate pipeline.

Job Posting and Advertising:

  • Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Ensure job postings are consistent with company branding and are compliant with local regulations.

Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews via phone or video to assess candidate fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Interview Process:

  • Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews alongside hiring managers.
  • Use behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to assess candidates.
  • Manage feedback and communication throughout the interview process.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the HR team and hiring departments.
  • Advise on recruitment trends and best practices to improve hiring efficiency.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, providing feedback, and managing expectations.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Generate reports on recruitment activities, such as sourcing metrics, time-to-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and streamline the recruitment process.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company’s employer brand through recruitment events, social media, and partnerships with universities and other institutions.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events to attract talent.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employment offers, background checks, and onboarding in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

Onboarding:

  • Assist with new employee onboarding processes, including offer letters, contract signing, and pre-employment checks.
  • Coordinate orientation and training schedules for new hires.
