Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at SAI SERVICE PVT LTD in Chengannur, Kayankulam, Pathanamthitta, Kollam, and Mavelikara. This full-time junior position requires 1 to 3 years of experience and involves providing exemplary customer service in our automotive service department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive systems and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ascertain their vehicle service needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Collaborate with technicians to determine the best repair solutions and accurately communicate them to customers.
- Prepare service orders and ensure that all necessary information is clearly documented and communicated.
- Follow up with customers to keep them informed of any changes in service schedules or additional work needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to ensure a professional atmosphere.
- Ensure timely follow-through of service orders and efficient completion of all service tasks.
- Monitor service progress and update customers regularly to maintain transparency and trust in services rendered.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve disputes to foster positive customer relationships and repeat business.
