A NICU nurse provides round-the-clock care for the basic and medical needs of newborn infants in the NICU.she&nbsp;should have a caring and empathetic nature, work well under pressure in a stressful environment, and be able to coordinate treatments and work with a team of neonatal healthcare professionals.
