**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Tender Management:

• Identify relevant tender opportunities from various sources (government portals, healthcare organizations, etc.).
• Review tender documents and understand the scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and documents for tender submissions.
• -Ensure compliance with all tender specifications and submission guidelines.

2. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain a central repository of tender documents, templates, and records.
• Track and monitor tender submissions and outcomes.
• Prepare reports and analysis on tender activities, success rates, and areas for improvement.

3. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within healthcare organizations and government agencies involved in the tender process.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other relevant events as necessary.
• Address queries and provide clarifications during the tender evaluation period.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in tender management, bid preparation, or a similar role within the medical equipment or healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of tendering processes, including procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
