Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Architect to join our team at Sahanas Creations. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting architecture and interior design projects. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• SHOULD BE ABLE TO PRODUCE PHOTO REALISTIC VIEWS.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Understanding of sustainable design principles

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in preparing design proposals and presentations
• Contribute to the development of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is achieved
• Perform site visits and inspections to assess construction progress and quality
• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Conduct research to support design decisions and stay updated with industry trends
• Assist in the coordination of project documentation
• Follow established standards and procedures for architectural design
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables
