Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and talented Architect to join our team at Sahanas Creations. As an Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including apartments, villas, resorts, hotels, institutions, corporate offices, and factory offices. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience as an Architect.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture IS MUST
• PREFERENCE FOR INTERIOR FIELD IS PREFERED
• 1 to 3 years of experience as an Architect
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility and progress
• Provide creative and innovative design ideas that meet client requirements and budget constraints
• Prepare and present design proposals and technical reports to clients
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and specifications
• Review and evaluate project specifications, materials, and construction methods
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design and technology.
