Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Architect to join our team at Sahanas Creations, a prominent architectural and interior design company in Coimbatore. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet client requirements. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture must
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design handling commercial and industrial projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural standards
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their architectural needs and develop design concepts
• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using CAD software
• Ensure that designs comply with building regulations and codes
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers and interior designers, to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage and supervise construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications
• Review and analyze project proposals, contracts, and budgets
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology
