Position: Manager- Automation MES

 

Education: B Tech/ M Tech/B Pharma/M Pharma

 

Experience : 10- 15 years ( Should have working exp. from Pharma Background )

 

Location: Vizg

 

Job Description :

 

  • Shall have excellent written, verbal communication skill and soft skills (like MS office, MSP, etc)
  • Shall be responsible to understand, preparation, review and execution of protocol, test scripts & reports w.r.t CSV documentation.
  • Should be aware of relevant regulations for system implementation in Pharma/Biotech.
  • Coordinate with Business team, IT and Quality for Solution designing, Implementation, Issues and Resolution.
  • Project Management, Vendor Management, End to End MES Solution Implementation, Training, etc.
  • Should have sound knowledge on the MES Applications preferably PAS-X
  • Should be capable of trouble shooting Application related issues which were encountered on shop floor.
  • Should have good process knowledge (API/Injectable/Formulation) to understand and map the respective process in the application.
  • Should have knowledge on the Validation of MES applications and should be able to move the
  • project activities by coordinating with CFT's.
  • Should be able to handle the creation of master data, Master batch records and WMS related activities in PAS-X.
  • Should have good knowledge on the rights management process and user management in Application.
  • Should have knowledge on the integration of application with external systems like SAP, DCS, Weigh scales and other third-party equipment's.
  • Should be able to create the client profiles, scale profiles, terminals, printer assignment.
  • Should be knowledge on infrastructure related to MES and should be able to identify the issue by analysing the Jboss logs, alert logs, trace logs.
  • Should have a knowledge on the printer, scanner configuration to PAS-X.
  • Should have experience in facing the regulatory Audits.
  • Should have sound knowledge on the QMS process and should be able to follow the Guidelines for execution.
  • Should be capable of management ticketing process and prioritizing the as per the ticket priority.
  • Should be able to Coordinate with the Application OEM for issue resolution by providing the necessary information required by the vendor.
