Job description:-Position: Healthcare Recruiter

Reports To: Sr. Resource Manager             

Job Location / Shift timings: Noida, India / US Night Shift

No. of positions to be filled: 2-3

Salary Guidelines:

Experience in Healthcare Staffing

CTC Salary / month + Cab + Meals + Recurring Incentives

1 year +

28k – 30k CTC

18 months – 2 years

31k – 35k CTC

2+ years to 3 years

35k – 38k CTC

(Up to 40k CTC maximum if candidate has demonstrated experience of 3 years+ of HC staffing )

Deal Breakers:

Candidate that are trained in Healthcare recruitment and/or currently working for a staffing company that doesn’t have well established footprint in Healthcare staffing space

(Research on LI or other internet tools to determine the footprint of the company where the candidate worked or is working).

Candidate that doesn’t have credible LinkedIn profile

Candidates that recruited for less than 10 states within the US

Candidate that has worked ONLY for companies such as below are NOT A GOOD FIT for this position.

Health Insurance (UHG, or similar)

Pharmacy companies (CVS, Rite Aid or similar)

Clients that have presence in 1 or 2 states only (Einstein HC or NYCHH, etc,,)

Nursing homes (Sunrise living, etc.,)
