Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Sagar Hospitals. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail outlets located within our hospitals and clinics. You will manage a team of retail staff, drive sales and profitability, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with Senior level experience required (7 to 10 years).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlets within our hospitals and clinics
• Manage and lead a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of product knowledge and service delivery
• Manage inventory levels, control costs, and optimize stock rotation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotions
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
