· Preparation and submission of statutory returns under various labor statutes
· Managing the Quality system of the Department (NABH)
· All matters related to Performance appraisal of Doctors (Residents / Registrars) and Employees.
· Handling recruitment
· Handling of Granting Annual Increment to Employees/Doctors
· Handling payment of Bonus
· Settlement of Resigned Employees
· Preparation of monthly report
· Dealing matters relating to disciplinary action
· Coordinating with Auditors
· Updating of mediclaim insurance for employees and their families
· Assists the Director HR with the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
· Other tasks assigned to him include carrying out advertising.
· Provides administrative support to the department.
· Support the department implementing training and development programs to ensure optimal company-wide performance.
· Continues to help build and maintain a first-rate team.
· Any task assigned to him by the Director -HR from time to time.
