Job Overview

The Biomedical Manager position at Sagar Hospitals is a full-time executive role based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Qualifications and Skills

  • More than 10 years of experience in biomedical management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management, maintenance, and repair of all biomedical equipment within the hospital.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance of all biomedical equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of spare parts and accessories.
  • Train and supervise a team of biomedical technicians to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and clinical staff, to address equipment-related challenges.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in biomedical technology and recommend the adoption of new equipment or upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
