Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Scott International in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a dedicated and creative individual with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves crafting visually appealing designs for our apparel products, corporate branding, and promotional materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in graphic design, preferably in the apparel industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong knowledge in Typography, creating visually engaging content through the effective use of fonts and styles
• Skill in Visual Communication to clearly and effectively convey ideas through design
• Experience in Print Design with knowledge of printing processes and preparation of artwork for production
• Expertise in crafting and maintaining Brand Identity, ensuring consistent application across all media
• Ability in Project Management to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Digital Design (Mandatory skill)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling designs for our apparel products, including T-shirts and corporate attire
• Create impactful branding and promotional materials that align with our brand identity
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce graphics for online and offline campaigns
• Ensure high-quality print and digital outputs through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to guidelines
• Oversee the design process from concept to final product, ensuring timely delivery
• Conduct regular review and updates of design files, maintaining an organized digital archive
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates
