Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Pattern Cutter to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Pattern Cutter, you will play a crucial role in the apparel manufacturing process by creating precision patterns for T-shirts and corporate attire. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in pattern cutting, with up to 6 years preferred.
• Proficiency in precision cutting and pattern recognition to create accurate patterns for various clothing items.
• Strong knowledge of different types of fabrics and their behaviors during the cutting process.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs in all pattern cutting activities.
• Skilled in the use of various cutting tools and equipment typically used in the apparel industry.
• Solid measurement skills to take accurate measurements and translate them into patterns.
• Strong time management abilities to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in quality control to identify and correct errors in pattern making and cutting.
