Role: Java back-end developer

Job description :

Must-have skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in developing large-scale applications using JAVA and Spring Boot

- Proficiency in developing high-traffic backend services with low latency and designing them for scale

- Strong knowledge of SQL and other modern database and storage technologies

- Experience in designing, developing, and testing data-intensive applications and microservices

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work with minimal or no support

Preferred skills:

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Pub/Sub, and BQ

- Expertise in online payments and related domains

- Experience in NodeJS and React is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Payment eventing in the cloud: Enhance the current platform to publish data payloads from on-premises to the cloud from OLTP-based RDMS DB. 

- Collaboration and support: 

 a) Work collaboratively with the FTE team to support various projects.

 b) Provide technical expertise and support as needed.

 c) Support downstream teams for migration.
