Role:Java Back End Developer III 

Experience :5-7years

Location :Bangalore /Hybrid

Must have skills:

5+ years of strong experience in Java and Java based frameworks like SpringBoot

The candidate should be good at problem solving skills and Data Structures RESTful web services and SOA concepts

Experience in Messaging systems like KAFKA, AMQ, JMS or similar framework is good to have. Proficient writing automated unit and functional tests Proficient with Git source control Work with the Agile team to clarify the new products and features requested by the Product team  

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Java, Java based frameworks like Spring • Proficient writing automated unit and functional tests

• Experience with RESTful web services and SOA concepts

• Proficient with Git source control and effective branching and release management practices • Understanding on Messaging Concepts

• Experience in Messaging systems like KAFKA, AMQ, JMS or similar framework is good to have. • Strong communication skills in a collaborative environment

• Strong critical thinking skills, Ability to devise innovative solutions

• Should be a strong advocate of code craftsmanship, good coding standards and use of tools that will improve the quality of the delivered code  

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the Agile team to clarify the new products and features requested by the Product team

• Collaborate with other developers to design and implement the required solutions

• Participate in pair programming in the delivery of both POC and targeted features

• Understand and apply our technical architecture to ensure consistent, reliable, and secure deployments.

• Enhance and maintain existing product capabilities

• Participate in formal and informal code reviews to ensure code quality

• Actively contribute to the automated test suite to enable continuous integration

• Assist with application deployments in our Cloud environment

Nice to have Technical Skills

• Good understanding of machine learning (both analytics and engineering).

• Hadoop and big data technologies skills, streaming technology

. • Javascript framework like react and angular.
