8+ years of VMware ; Cloud // Description:1. Provide expert-level technical support for Vmware Cloud Foundauon (VCF) to resolve complex customer issues. 2. Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of VCF components such as vSphere, KSX, YSA.1"'\J. and SDDC Manager.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliYer timely solutions and ensure customer satlSfacuon.

4. Create and maintain detailed documentation,mcludmg troubleshooung guides and knowledge base arucles.5. Participate 10 the denlopment and execution of proacti\·e measures to enhance VCF stability and performance.

6. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.

7. Mentor and assist junior support engineers, , providing guidance on technical issues and best practices. 8. Engage with product development teams to report bugs, suggest enhancements, and contribute to product improvement.9. Stay updated with the latest VM\varc technologies and certifications to maintain a high level ·of expertise..

10. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for VCF-, related queries, both internally and extcmally,' continuing to the overall success of the support team.
