Job Description

As a UI/UX Developer at SL Technocrats, you will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our development team to create visually appealing designs that enhance user experience and drive user engagement.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.

● Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and accessibility

. ● Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.

● Develop responsive and interactive front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks

● Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

● Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and industry best practices. ● Maintain design consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all products.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.

● 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.

● Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects you've worked on. ● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

● Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

● Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).

● Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions.

● Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

: ● Experience working in the healthcare or medical technology industry.

● Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

● Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io).

● Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies
