Job Description

Experience: 6-7 years' experience in the Export field.

Education: 1st class graduate from a reputed college

Requirement:

·       Experience of Export Pre/Post/LC documentation & Advance/EPCG/Export Incentives &

·       BRC/EDPMS/IRM/

·       Good knowledge of SAP and Excel

·       Must be experienced of preparing Export Pre/Post & LC documents every month

·       Follow-up for monthly shipment plan and Freight Forwarder nomination for every shipment

·       Follow-up with transport for container pickup and checking for delay

·       Preparation of shipping documents as per LC and Shipping terms

·       Final Invoice to be sent to CHA (customs house agents) and follow up for Shipping Bill and

·       Checklist checking

·       Certificate of origin/GSP shipment

·       Shipping instructions, draft BL as soon as container loading

·       Bank Lodgments documents

·       Follow up with Bank for EBRC/EDPMS/IRM closer for all export shipments

·       Maintaining ETA Records for billing purpose

·       Preparation of sample shipment Doc, Pickup arrangement

·       Checking Freight Invoices as per Quote, CHA & Transportation invoices and follow up for their

·       payment. Email correspondence in case query / incorrect charges/supporting etc.

·       Export shipment updated on CAPEXIL Portal on a monthly basis & Yearly declaration for Export

·       Well versed with Exim process, knowledge of Ecle, DGFT, Customs, ECGC, Banking
