Job Description

• Broad IT experience with relevant years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives

• Good experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITSM and HRSD

• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules 3rd party integrations

• Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript XML and XSL stylesheets web services

• Develop solutions in ServiceNow prepare estimates and work on capability presentation Proof of Concept

• Understand functional technical and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.

Primary Skill

• ServiceNow HRSD

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development with HR Service Delivery.

• Hands-on experience in IT service management process design.

• Overarching understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.

• Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions.

• ServiceNow Integration OR Implementation Secondary Skill

• CSA certification is required.

• CIS HRSD certification MUST HAVE
