Job Description     

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Automation Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in developing and implementing automation testing strategies for Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and will use their expertise to enhance our testing frameworks and ensure high-quality deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, and Salesforce testing frameworks to ensure robust coverage and performance of Salesforce applications.
• Lead the automation of functional, regression, and performance tests for Salesforce environments, focusing on continuous improvement of testing practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure that automated tests are aligned with business processes and accurately capture all scenarios.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues found during testing, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of test data and test environments, ensuring they meet the needs of all testing phases.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation tools and processes, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and support junior testers, sharing knowledge on best practices and advanced testing techniques in Salesforce automation.

 Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in test automation, specifically within Salesforce environments, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in using Salesforce testing tools and automation platforms such as Selenium or similar tools.
• Strong programming skills in languages used for test script development such as Java or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team and interfacing with multiple departments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using test management tools like JIRA
