Job Overview

We are urgently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Public Cloud Admin for our client.

This is a senior-level position with a required experience of 8 to 12 years.

The job is based in Mumbai and the employment type is full time.

Job Description

• 5+ years of experience. Minimum 3 years in managing Public Cloud
• Provide Advanced cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google cloud to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Analyze and resolve escalated incidents related to loud infrastructure, networking, security and services.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to offer solutions, guidance, and best practices for optimizing cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain extensive documentation including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles, to aid in issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively identify potential problems within the cloud infrastructure and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents, implement fixes, and establish preventive strategics minimize future disruptions.
• Mentor and support junior members of the support team, providing guidance on complex technical issues and cloud-specific nuances.
• Engage with cloud service providers to report and address platform-related bugs, suggest improvements, and contribute to platform enhancements.
