We are seeking a seasoned Finance Senior Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP, specializing in the Record to Report (R2R) cycle with specialized knowledge in implementing Leasing functionality in Oracle Assets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial systems, processes, and Oracle Cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the Reporting for finance and operating leases in Oracle Assets and compliance with ASC842 and IFRS16

• System Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation of Oracle Assets Expense Lease functionality for both finance and operating leases.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between the finance department and other business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on financial reporting

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring professional growth and development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management

• Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically within the Record to Report cycle

• Functional Knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules like General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable (from an integration perspective)

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.

• Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud certification in Finance modules

• Prior experience in a multinational corporation or complex organizational structure.

• Experience in leading Oracle Cloud ERP upgrades or implementations

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies related to subscription management and billing processes. This role demands a professional who can effectively integrate subscription management systems with broader ERP solutions to support recurring revenue models and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Oracle Cloud Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Subscription Management solutions, including system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization • Process Optimization: Design and optimize subscription management processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience • Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the subscription management system aligns with business needs and integrates smoothly with other systems Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in subscription management focused on Oracle Cloud solutions • Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing Oracle Cloud Subscription Management modules • Strong project management skills and experience leading complex projects. • Deep understanding of subscription-based business models and associated financial processes • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholder groups Preferred Qualifications: • Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Certification • Experience in a leadership role within a subscription-based business
