Job Requirements

Overseeing  the financial planning and analysis functions within an organization. This  role involves managing budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial  reporting.

Qualification: CA, MBA Finance

Key Responsibilities

·       Guide the annual budgeting  process and ongoing forecasting efforts, collaborating with various  departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational plans.

·       Organise financial analyses, performance evaluations, and variance analysis to provide insights into  business performance and trends.

·       Serve insights and  recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

·       Identifying and mitigating  financial risk with respect to the organization's financial stability.

·       Collaborate with other  departments to understand their essence of financial needs and provide  financial guidance.

·       Develop and maintain financial  models to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.

·       Providing strategic guidance, insightful analysis, and accurate financial reporting.

Essential Skills

·       Strong understanding of  financial principles, accounting practices, and financial modelling.

·       Well-built Leadership skills to manage and motivate the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration  and excellence.

·       Expertise in budget creation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.

·       Ability to present financial  information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to support executive decision-making.

·       Competence in managing and developing a high-performing FP&A team.

Desired Skills

·       Effective communication to convey complex financial information to  various stakeholders, both financial and non-financial.

·       Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and  compliance requirements.

·       Familiarity with financial planning software, ERP systems, and other  tools to enhance efficiency in financial processes.

·       Presenting financial information to executives and stakeholders.
