Job Description

·       Interpret and implement HR policies regarding compensation and Benefits

·       Execute annual performance appraisal, annual performance bonus, productivity linked bonus, industry benchmark benefits and stock options as per company policy

·       Develop compensation and rewards strategies for the employees

·       Prepare HR budget and manpower cost as per annual business plan

·       Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking

Required skills

·       Hands on experience in SAP

·       Knowledge of preparing compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments for different grades

·       Familiarity with different kinds of benefits and incentives

·       Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills

Qualification

MBA or PGDBM full time.
