Job description

l An ideal candidate for the ASM - GT Fresh role possesses 6-8 years of experience in the dairy/FMCG industry with at least 2-3 years of team handling experience.

l They exhibit strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a track record of achieving high productivity and fill rates, ideally with local market expertise.

l Preferably worked in the Dairy/FMCG industry for min 5 years to max 8 years

l Should have understanding and knowledge about Distribution / Agents / Digital transactions / Credits

l Team handling experience required.

Candidates who have at least 2-3 years of experience in ASM role are preferred

l Local candidates would be required.
