We are urgently looking for highly skilled and experienced candidates for Field Service Engineer for our client

Job Location – Jaina/Ahmednagar/Vasai

Job Type – Full Time

Experience required – 3 to 5 years

Notice Period – 30 days

It will be a 100% field job that will include maintenance of towers

Job Role: Field Support Engineer 

Department: Operations

Minimum Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication/ Electrical /Mechanical

Knowledge Required: 1. Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering 2. Knowledge of DG sets 3. AC Power Management Systems 4. DC Power Management Systems

Major Activities

· Site Hygiene; compliance to organizational requirements

· Adhering to SOPs

· Ensuring correctly rated equipment

· Ensure use of PPE by self and technicians

· Support in regular training on ESH and ensure that safe practices are being following at Tower Site

· Ensure issue and usage of PTW for every activity being done at a site

· Technician performance evaluations

· Identify training needs of technicians and plan for development

· Site allocation, discipline management for technicians

· Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and recommending their remedy action

· Minimising EB faults

· Facilitating in converting non EB sites to EB sites

· DCEM Compliance

· DG running hrs. compliance

· FSE candidates should be fluent in Local language.

· They should be well aware about the geography of the circle.

· This is an executive level role.

· Candidates must have a 2-wheeler for field job.

· Candidates must share updated CVs and should be ready with all documents.

Responsibilities

· List the data which will reflect the scope and  scale of activities concerning your job (Record the measurable areas upon  which the position has either direct or indirect impact)

· Financial Dimensions (Quantifiable numerical amounts like annual budgets, project costs, annual revenue, purchase value etc.)

· To keep the operation with in OPEX budget  available  People Dimensions (Details of team size: no. of people  supervised directly/ indirectly)

· 6-8 technicians  Other Dimensions (Details of some of the other significant  values/ volumes associated with the job)1. 15-20 sites/technician; 100-150 sites  managed by Field Service Engineer
