We are urgently looking for highly skilled and experienced candidates for Executive – Administration for our client


Job Location – Egmore, Chennai

Job Type – Full Time

Experience required – 3 - 4 years

Notice Period – 30 days

 

         Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Vendor management and new vendor development for office admin requirements.

·       Vendor payments and reconciliation

·       Coordinate and collaborate and manage customer, govt officials, group company employees visit to the corporate office.

·       Manage office Events with smooth implementation for better employee experience.

·       Oversee Office Pantry and admin manpower management.

·       Respond and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.

·       Support various teams within the organization on admin related activities.

·       Maintaining and preparing MOM for admin related meetings.

·       Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.

·       Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

·       Coordinate admin activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

·       Manage travel arrangements for the employees.

·       Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data for admin audits.

·       Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulations.

Qualification/Experience required:

·       Education Qualification: Any Under Graduation.

·       Experience: 3-4 Years of relevant experience in handling general administration of medium to large companies.

·       Experience in handling administration of regional offices or corporate offices will be preferred.
