Job Location – Chhattisgarh

Job Description

·       Procurement planning: Lead the planning (including budgeting and     benchmarking) and implementation of procurement aligned with project     objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.

·       Project Procurement and Contract Management: Oversee the entire     procurement process for various projects, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract finalization while ensuring adherence to legal     and company standards.

·       Compliance management: Ensure zero (0) % error in approval, Order and SAP  under pre audit governance system.

·       Logistics Optimization: Utilize expertise in logistics to optimize supply     chain operations, focusing on efficient transportation, warehousing, and     inventory management to support project needs.

·       Risk  Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate     potential risks associated with procurement and logistics operations, devising proactive strategies to maintain project timelines and minimize     disruptions.

·       Contract Negotiation and Compliance: Lead contract negotiations with     suppliers and vendors, ensuring favourable terms, compliance, and     adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

·       Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Establish KPIs for procurement     and logistics operations,analyse performance metrics, and implement     continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

·       Leadership and Team Development: Provide effective leadership to the procurement and     logistics teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and     professional development.

·       Technologies driven system: Try and develop system which can work on automation     (without manual intervention) using new technologies for reporting and     monitoring purpose.

Qualification & Desired Attributes:

·       B.Tech./B.E. & PG – Operations/Supply Chain Management (Preferred). With 10+ years of experience.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder     management skills. Proficiency in relevant software (SAP and Ariba) and     tools for procurement, contract management, and logistics optimization.

·       Proficiency in procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.

·       Strong understanding of logistics operations encompassing transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
