We are urgently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Operations Manager for one of our client.

This is a senior-level position with a required experience of 8 to 12 years.

The job is based in Mumbai and the employment type is full time.

Job Description

Infrastructure Availability and Performance

Ensure high availability and optimal performance of cloud infrastructure and services.

Define and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for optime and responsiveness.

Implement monitoring tools and strategies to proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining down time.

Cost Optimization and Resource Management

- Develop and accent strategies for cost-effectively, Cloud resource utilisation.

-Monitor resource usage, identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize cloud spending

-Implement governance policies to manage resource allocation effectively.

Security and Compliance Management

- Establish and enforce robust security measures and compliance standards for cloud environments.

-Oversee security protocols, access controls, and data protection strategies.

-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

- Lead and mentor a team responsible for managing Cloud operations and Foster collaboration among team members, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing. 

Ø Infrastructure Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders to align cloud operations with business objectives.

Common Improvements and Innovation

- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation to streamline operations. Implementing best practices for cloud operations.

- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud operations, aiming for continual improvement
