Education Background: MBA must

KPI / Deliverables:

1.     Work with Business Unit Team, PR, Business Analyst, Finance to develop and implement strategy.

2.     Provide leadership for timely periodic reporting of analysis.

3.     Focus on value creation and repositioning as a brand.

4.     Represent at industry platforms / external stakeholders to raise the brand leverage and perception of the company and the value addition.

5.     To anchor team for taking out key insight by making roadmap / action plan for desired outcome.

Key Skills:

6.     Strong influencing skills, excellent relationship management, networking & communication skills.

7.     Network with business verticals across Group.

8.     Broad insight into ongoing market affairs and ability to work in dynamic and fastmoving organization.

9.     Ability to represent company in different forums.

10.  Be a pro-active solution seeker and benchmark global resource development models.

11.   Candidates who have front ending consultancy experience of over 5+ years. (diversity mandatory)
