We are urgently looking for highly skilled and experienced candidates for Branch Manager for our client.

 Job Description:

An ideal candidate for the Branch Manager role possesses 5-10 years of experience in the dairy/FMCG industry with at least 2-3 years of team handling experience. They exhibit strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a track record of achieving high productivity and fill rates, ideally with local market expertise.

·       Team handling experience required

·       Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales

·       Handle Daily cash collection, Indent Management, 2nd Leg transportation, Dispatch activities and Asset Management

·       Develop forecast, financial objective and business plans.

·       Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

·       Preferably worked in the dairy industry for min 5 years to max 10 years (2-3 years of manager position experience required)

·       Should have understanding and knowledge about Retailers / Distributors / Agents.

Qualifications:

• Candidates who have at least 2-3 years of experience as Managerial role are preferred.
• Any Graduation
