Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our client, Saaswika Solutions Private Limited. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of Agile methodologies and guiding the development team towards the delivery of high-quality software products. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Job details:

Experience: 10 to 12 years.

Education: B.E., B.Tech., M.Sc., MCA, B.Sc. 

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full Time onsite

Note: Looking for candidates who are available to start immediately or with two weeks notice period.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Must possess exceptional abilities in Scrum practices, including facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Should also be able to liaise between the product owner, development team, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication among all parties.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I) is a must. Advanced certifications (e.g., PSM II, PSM III, CSP) are an advantage.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with modern software development technologies and environments.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the drive to lead the team.
• Experience with government entities, benefits, and eligibility systems is a significant advantage.
