Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or related roles. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, strategic planning, and the ability to generate leads and forge strong customer relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, market research, or related roles in the IT services or consulting industry.
  • Proven experience in market research to identify opportunities and trends within the industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Excellent strategic planning abilities to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and information to clients and team members.
  • Proficient in lead generation techniques to identify and attract potential new clients.
  • Adept at customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) to improve company visibility and online presence.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development targets and objectives.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients to secure new business ventures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize SEO strategies and improve online presence.
  • Utilize CRM tools to keep track of client interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales pipelines.
