Job Description / Responsibilities:
We are seeking a HR Executive to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
· Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and
professional platforms (e.g. Naukari.com, moster.com)
· Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
· Screen incoming resumes and application forms
· Interview candidates via phone, video and in-person
· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
· Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter
· Solid verbal and written communication skills
· Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
· Experience with resume databases
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to company policy and legal requirements
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
- Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate: Any specialization
Post Graduate: Diploma/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management
Computer awareness –Strong MS Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, , Internet Surfing, Group Mail
Minimum 3 years of related work experience as Human Resources Executive
Advanced problem solving and planning skills to manage deliverables and timelines
Must have strong communication skill
Desired work experience (in complete years):
Minimum: 3 years
Maximum: 6 years
Location of posting: Vikaspuri, Delhi & Gurugram, Haryana
