Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Ryan Creative Living, based in Delhi. This mid-level, full-time position requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will manage various HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, HR policies, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resource management.
- Strong capability in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts amicably to maintain a healthy workplace environment.
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring mid-level to senior positions.
- Proficient in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies that foster a positive working environment.
- Solid experience in payroll processing and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Expertise in benefits administration, including employee wellness programs and insurance policies.
- Thorough understanding of compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company regulations.
- Skilled in HR data management with proficiency in HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of quality candidates.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are managed effectively and efficiently.
