Regular coordinate with the Architect regarding design, construction progress or any modification required.

Preparation of contractor's bill as per schedule.

Prepare daily progress report & responsible for planning the next day job.

To arrange materials and equipment for the contractors and department workers.

To check the quality of assigned materials.

Daily checking of labour engagement reports.

Contractor Handling & to check contract bills as per project work completed.

To coordinate Project Engineer and organise materials requirements to support the store.

Motivating staff to maintain core values at site.

Must have a Bike or Scooty to visit the site.
