Job Overview


The Assistant Restaurant Manager position at Rural Blues The Restobar is a mid-level role requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the overall operations of the restaurant, maintaining quality control, training and developing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

  • Train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain quality control in all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation and presentation
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
