Responsibilities of the Credit Associate :
- Analyze data to better understand potential risks, concerns and outcomes of decisions
- Create reports, summaries, presentations and process documents to display results
- Conduct detailed credit due diligences
- Collaborate with other team members to effectively analyze and present data.
- Seek, analyze, and structure data provided by the team
- Monitor internal and external data points that may affect the risk level of a decision
- Ability to manage tasks and activities in a timely manner and be responsible for specific outcomes.
- Making sure completion of Credit/KYC documents and verification are done
- Other duties as required to assist business unit and company goals.
- Recommend changes to process to achieve greater efficiency.
- Ensuring credit policy adherence to the accepted standard.
Requirements of the Credit Associate :
- BA/BSc in Finance or Accounting or higher degree in Business (MBA), or any other related subject.
- Previous 2+ Yrs of experience in Credit and Underwriting.
- Previous NBFC or Banking Experience is required.
- Good experience on Credit process, CIBIL check and credit reports
- Good knowledge of Secured and Unsecured Loans
- Previous experience in KYC, GST, Banking and MSME Loans is preferable.
- Possess a good eye for detail and have demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- Have excellent report writing skills
- Be as ambitious as we are, and hence be willing to go out of her / his way to burn the midnight oil to meet targets and deadlines
