Responsibilities of the Credit Associate :


  • Analyze data to better understand potential risks, concerns and outcomes of decisions
  • Create reports, summaries, presentations and process documents to display results
  • Conduct detailed credit due diligences
  • Collaborate with other team members to effectively analyze and present data.
  • Seek, analyze, and structure data provided by the team
  • Monitor internal and external data points that may affect the risk level of a decision
  • Ability to manage tasks and activities in a timely manner and be responsible for specific outcomes. 
  • Making sure completion of Credit/KYC documents and verification are done
  • Other duties as required to assist business unit and company goals.
  • Recommend changes to process to achieve greater efficiency.
  • Ensuring credit policy adherence to the accepted standard. 



Requirements of the Credit Associate :

  • BA/BSc in Finance or Accounting or higher degree in Business (MBA), or any other related subject. 
  • Previous 2+ Yrs of experience in Credit and Underwriting. 
  • Previous NBFC or Banking Experience is required.
  • Good experience on Credit process, CIBIL check and credit reports
  • Good knowledge of Secured and Unsecured Loans
  • Previous experience in KYC, GST, Banking and MSME Loans is preferable. 
  • Possess a good eye for detail and have demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
  • Have excellent report writing skills
  • Be as ambitious as we are, and hence be willing to go out of her / his way to burn the midnight oil to meet targets and deadlines
