  • Collaborate with the internal team to align on customer needs and ensure the successful execution of events
  • Understand customer requirements, tailor service offerings accordingly, and successfully close sales deals
  • Track sales activities, report progress, and provide feedback to the management team for strategic decisions
  • Participate in industry events and workshops to enhance knowledge and expand the company's professional network
  • Continuously update CRM software with accurate customer and sales information for tracking and analysis
