TASKS:

Video Production — Content Machine

• Coordinate with different Editing / Packaging to ensure all content is produced and delivered on time.
• Take into account the look feel and packaging of the video, image, text content
• Coordinate with Editor to give feedback — Video recording and sending feedback to improve and tell the story of the video in a more engaging manner.
• Coordinate with Editor for the Final Raw Editing Software File to be shared and kept in folder.
• Brainstorm and Guide Production of shorter clips and reels of the main Youtube Video to YouTube Shorts, Instagram/Facebook reels, and LinkedIn
• Coordinate with different teams, such as marketing and graphics, to ensure all content is produced and delivered on time and in alignment with brand messaging and goals
• Quality Proofing to ensure content is aligned with the brand's messaging and goals
• Manage the content calendar along with Social Media Team.
• Videos, clips, and reels
• Managing the uploads of various videos,
• Create the Descriptions — Title, Thumbnail etc. for various platforms. Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn.

Social Media — Agency Point Person

• Coordinate with Social Media Agency — to provide all content for timely posting — Dropbox Folder.
• Double check the publish of clips and reels of the Videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram/Facebook reels, and LinkedIn — Seamless experience of videos,.
• Strategize with Social Media Agency to create a content plan and be the follow up / point person for the Brand for organic reach
• Analyze audience engagement and alter strategies with Agency to inform future content creation and optimization.

• Identify and develop creative ideas for social media content related to Rudy

• Oversee the Process of reformatting the Website — Videos, photos and Other Text content.
• Upload the Content to the Website - under the appropriate section.
• Re Upload Videos through the Back End onto the website portal to match the older website — make sure it is
• Upload Newer Videos on the Website with the Titles Logos and Production House Description.
• Review the Order of content on the Website.
• Stay up to date with trends and changes in the Video Production Content Creation to ensure the Videos / Effects / Packaging is engaging, stays relevant and competitive
