We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, lead conversion, and account management. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct in-depth sales presentations and product demos for potential clients.
  • Understand client pain points, propose tailored solutions, and effectively negotiate pricing.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to track and manage sales performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior inside sales representatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve sales strategies.
