Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth goals for PVC pipes and sanitaryware products.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, setting targets, and providing guidance and support to meet sales objectives.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, builders, plumbing companies, retailers, and wholesalers.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of PVC pipes and sanitaryware products, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
6. Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and the sales team.
7. Quotation and Pricing: Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and pricing agreements with customers.
8. Sales Reporting: Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and prepare sales reports for management.
9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, including forecasting, expenses, and cost management.
10. Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to promote products and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent work experience.
· Several years of experience in sales, with a focus on PVC pipes and sanitaryware products.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· In-depth knowledge of PVC pipes and sanitaryware products, their applications, and industry standards.
· Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
· Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
