Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of talent, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
- Implement and manage employee recognition programs.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Support career development and succession planning efforts.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
- Ensure timely and constructive feedback is given to employees.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary reviews and ensure competitive pay practices.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies.
- HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Utilize HR software to manage employee data and generate reports.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with HRIS systems.
