· Identify deprived outlets and find scope for growth or replace with potential outlets
· Expertise in handling credit market
· Willingness to work in field and take up the responsibility of opening new outlets during market visits and provide necessary support in terms of elements, discounts, coolers etc.
· Performance and market issues to be resolved
· Clarity on area bifurcation among districts
