Qualifications and Skills

• Understanding of firewall configuration and management (Mandatory skill).
• Proven knowledge in network security principles and best practices (Mandatory skill).
• Practical experience with cybersecurity frameworks and protocols (Mandatory skill).
• Basic knowledge of Network Attached Storage (NAS) management and troubleshooting.
• Experience in using Data Leak Prevention tools to safeguard sensitive information.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing antivirus programs to ensure system integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve technical issues and challenges faced by clients.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
