Qualifications and Skills

• A solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals to assist in protecting digital infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory, understanding its role in managing user identities effectively.
• Experience with Google Workspace to support cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools.
• Familiarity with AWS to ensure efficient cloud service management and support.
• Knowledge of GCP to deliver secure and reliable cloud solutions aligned with best practices.
• Must have expertise in Active Directory (Mandatory skill) to manage and secure directory services effectively.
• Competence in Microsoft O365 (Mandatory skill) to provide superior support for office productivity software.
• Strong understanding of Email Security (Mandatory skill) to prevent unauthorized access and data leaks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for cybersecurity solutions, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain and monitor security applications to ensure smooth and secure operations across all systems.
• Handle technical support requests related to Active Directory, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Assist in the setup and management of Microsoft O365 and Google Workspace for continuous productivity.
• Support cloud environment systems, including AWS and GCP, ensuring reliable access and security.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to email security, safeguarding against threats.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement enhancements to cybersecurity measures and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends to proactively improve our cybersecurity offerings.
