Job Overview

Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer at the executive level to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This full-time role involves leveraging technical expertise to support our clients' IT security needs while providing proficient solutions. The candidate will work in a team-oriented environment, focusing on customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft O365, including troubleshooting and configuration (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of email services and the ability to diagnose related issues efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive understanding of Active Directory and related security protocols (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its various service components to support cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure environments for seamless business operations.
  • Proficiency in handling Email Gateway configurations to ensure secure and reliable communication channels.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support cloud infrastructure management and deployment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft O365, email services, and Active Directory, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service, delivery processes, and technical support workflows.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing cloud environments, including GCP, Azure, and AWS, to support client operations.
  • Perform diagnostics on cybersecurity tools and infrastructure to ensure client data and networks are fully protected.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Document technical solutions and create knowledge-based resources to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to security audits and compliance initiatives to uphold the company's reputation and customer trust.
