Job Overview
Rubik Infotech is looking for a Fresher Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position requiring a maximum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring efficient sales operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Quotations (Mandatory skill): Ability to prepare and submit sales quotations accurately and promptly.
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven skill in sourcing new leads and developing business opportunities.
- Client Follow-Up: Ability to follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Sales Process Documentation: Strong skills in documenting all stages of the sales process.
- Negotiation: Proficiency in negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.
- Sales Strategy: Capable of understanding and implementing various sales strategies.
- Checklists: Ability to create and manage sales checklists to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations and managing lead generation efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Follow up with clients post-sales to address any issues and ensure repeat business.
- Document all stages of the sales process, maintaining accurate records.
- Negotiate terms with clients to close deals effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and client satisfaction.
- Understand and implement various sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Create and manage sales checklists to track progress and ensure task completion.
