Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience, focusing on driving sales growth through effective inside sales strategies. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end sales processes and building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or customer service environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques to identify potential customers and nurture leads effectively.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
- Strong lead generation skills to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage sales activities efficiently.
- Must possess upselling and cross-selling skills to maximize revenue potential and increase customer retention (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated expertise in an inside sales role, focusing on telephonic communication and online correspondence (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in managing end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and generate leads for cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote sales and foster business growth.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT security solutions to current clients.
- Manage and execute end-to-end sales processes, ensuring successful closure of deals and meeting sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to record sales activities, track opportunities, and monitor sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for reaching new customers.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to management.
- Continuously update knowledge of cybersecurity products to effectively address client needs and industry developments.
